"Yes, the weapon spirit of the Aries family heirloom is inside my body. I did not do anything. It occupied my body at its own will." Das replied to the blind girl.
"Then what happened to the bow?" The blind girl asked while staring blankly into space.
"It is with me. But sadly, that bow was broken in the middle, even before it fell into my hands. But the good thing is the bow is still working in my hands, as the Aries spirit is inside my body." Das replied without hiding anything.
The blind girl continued to ask several questions about the Aries spirit, how he got that bow, and all those things related to the Aries family heirloom. But Das did not reveal information about his special abilities or his control over the transparent blue energy.
"Das, what happened to the princess Lanner's baby? Is she still with you?" Eden asked in an agitated tone as she remembered the scene where she saw Lanner's dead body.
"She is with me. I'm trying hard to hide her from society, as her peculiar eye colours are making her vulnerable." Das replied while thinking about the baby's face.
"I really wonder how you managed to hide that baby all this time. But you don't need to worry for now. The Aries family is thinking that the baby is already dead, along with Princess Lanner." Eden replied in an assuring tone.
"By the way, what do you want to do with the baby?" Eden asked again with a questioning look.
"I promised princess Lanner that, I would protect the baby with my life. When her life is at an end, that princess said, the father of that baby will come one day to take care of the baby." Das said after thinking about Lanner's statement in that small rock cave.
"That's impossible." Eden blurted it out in a surprised tone after hearing his reply.
"Why...?" Das asked in a questioning manner.
"Oh, sorry, I forgot to say this." Experience tales at empire
"Reynold lost his parents at a young age. The Leo family's old man (Reynold's grandfather) made Reynold patriarch to continue the direct lineage of the Leo family and gave him full control over the Leo family heirloom and the spirit linkage."
"During the first night, Lanner used her body to hold Reynold inside the bed room while her family, massacring the Leo family, who became vulnerable without any support from their family heirloom."
"Even though Lanner knew that she was pregnant, she decided to conceive the baby. As the Aries family failed to grab the family heirloom from the Leo family, Lanner's father died in the end."
"Later, Lanner's uncle used the chance to finish Lanner, who is in weak condition because of the pregnancy." Eden explained while wrapping the wounds of her blind sister.
Das felt a new headache after hearing all this explanation about the family feud between two hidden families.
"Eden, are there any survivors in the Leo family?" Das asked after thinking about Stella.
"I don't think so. The Aries family prepared a big plan to finish each and every person, as they were afraid of retribution." Eden explained after thinking for a bit.
"By the way, why are you asking me this question?" Eden turned back towards him and questioned him with a scrutinising gaze.
"Nothing. I'm just curious." Das replied with a loud laugh.
"Hmmhh... even if there are any survivors, there is no use. They will gradually lose their innate abilities as the Leo spirit is missing on this planet." Eden replied with a depressed sigh while helping her sister to sit on a chair.
